These terms are a draft for the LockShip MVP. They are not legal advice and they are not the final customer agreement.

You may scan a URL only if you control that hostname or you have permission from the person who does. Using LockShip against a site you do not own is not allowed.

The free scan returns a score and one finding. The Launch Safe certificate is a one-time purchase for the full report, a PDF, fix prompts, and seven days of re-scans. Monitor is a separate monthly subscription for weekly re-scans. Prices shown in the app are the prices charged. Paid checkout is offered only when payments are turned on.

Payment unlocks a report. It does not buy a warranty. The disclaimer applies to every scan, certificate, and badge.

Refunds are decided by the operator, not by this software. Do not automate refunds from this placeholder.

We can refuse a scan, rate-limit an address, or take the service offline. The badge can be withdrawn if a later scan fails or the monitoring subscription ends.
